Exhibit No. 1 — honesty in numbers

3.5% do the work. The other 96.5% just carry them there.

Solvent — 56.5%
Reactive resins — 30%
Alcohol — 10%
MDP bonding agent — 3.5%

This is our Bonding Primer, ingredient by ingredient. Less than 4% of the bottle is what actually locks the gel onto your nail — a molecule that grips calcium on one side and the gel on the other. Everything else is solvent: it carries that 3.5% to the nail plate, then evaporates and leaves nothing behind.

Why NLY

Most nail brands sell you a story. We'd rather show you the formula. Here's what "smart cosmetics" actually means in the bottle.

01 — Chemistry

Formulation optimization

Every ingredient in an NLY formula has a job — helping the gel bond, bend, shine, or cure properly. If it doesn't do one of those things, it doesn't make it into the bottle, no matter how good it sounds on the label.

02 — Price

Premium quality, no markup

You're not paying for a flagship store, a celebrity face, or a heavier box. You're paying for the chemistry that actually changes how the product performs on your nails — stronger bonding, better flex, real shine.

03 — System

Modern simplicity

13 bottles take you from bare nail to finished set. No overlapping ranges, no confusing extras, no guessing which one you actually need. One simple system, built to work together.

The 13 Essentials

Seven formulas. Thirteen bottles. We didn't reformulate for every shade — we perfected one base gel, then gave it seven finishes. That's the smart-consumer math in practice.

Step 1 · Prep NLY Dehydrator bottle

Dehydrator

01 / 13

Clears the nail of moisture and natural oils, so nothing gets in the way of the primer. Once it's done, the primer spreads evenly and grips right away — no gaps, no weak spots where lifting can start.

Formula composition
Ethyl Acetate 63%
Dimethoxymethane 30%
Ethanol 5%
IPA 2%

Composition shown is for illustrative purposes. Full ingredient list on packaging.

One ingredient evaporates first and takes moisture with it as it leaves — like a draft clearing steam out of a room.

Step 2 · Bond NLY Bonding Primer bottle

Bonding Primer

02 / 13

Creates a real chemical bond between your nail and the gel — not just surface grip that lifts over time. A gentle acid opens tiny pores in the nail, and a bonding molecule locks into the nail on one side and the gel on the other.

Formula composition
Ethyl Acetate 56.5%
TPGDA 10%
MMAC 10%
IPA 10%
MDP Phosphate + Acid 3.5%

Composition shown is for illustrative purposes. Full ingredient list on packaging.

Less than 4% of this bottle is what actually holds the gel to your nail. The rest just delivers it there — and evaporates.

Step 3 · Base NLY Multibase Rubber Gel bottle

Multibase Rubber Gel

03 / 13

A self-levelling base that cures under any lamp — UV or LED, no reformulation needed. One ingredient adds scratch resistance, another keeps the gel thin enough to spread on its own, so it settles flat without any thinner added.

Formula composition
Acrylates Copolymer 49.85%
HPMA 16%
IBOA 13%
DMAA 7%
MDP 5.5%
Dual photoinitiators 7.5%

Composition shown is for illustrative purposes. Full ingredient list on packaging.

Two different curing agents — one tuned for LED, one for UV — mean this base sets fully no matter which lamp is on the desk.

Step 3 · Base NLY Rubber Base bottle

Rubber Base — Normal & Hard Nails

04 / 13

Built to move with your nail instead of fighting it. Without any rigid hardening agents, the gel stays flexible enough to bend and bounce back instead of cracking. A higher dose of bonding molecule lets it grip the nail on its own — no separate acid primer needed.

Formula composition
Acrylates Copolymer 60.2%
HPMA 20.8%
DMAA 10%
MDP 6.2%

Composition shown is for illustrative purposes. Full ingredient list on packaging.

We leave out the hardening agents on purpose — a stiffer gel would crack under the everyday bend a natural nail needs to survive.

Step 3 · Base NLY Fiber Rubber Clear bottle

Fiber Rubber Clear — Weak & Thin Nails

05 / 13

A flexible gel reinforced with real glass microfibers that physically stop cracks before they spread — on top of a gel base that already resists cracking on its own. Built for nails that need real structural support, not just a coat of colour.

Formula composition
Acrylates Copolymer 52.4%
HPMA 39.5%
Glass microfibers + Silica 0.5%

Composition shown is for illustrative purposes. Full ingredient list on packaging.

Less than half a percent glass fiber is all it takes — those fibers are strong enough to stop a crack in its tracks before it reaches your nail.

Step 5 · Finish NLY High-Gloss Top Gel bottle

High-Gloss Top Gel

06 / 13

A finish coat built to do one thing extremely well: mirror shine. A higher polymer content keeps the layer from shrinking as it cures, so it won't crack later — and a tight molecular structure is what gives the surface its reflection.

Formula composition
Acrylates Copolymer 74%
HPMA 12.5%
HDDA 9%
Photoinitiator 4.5%

Composition shown is for illustrative purposes. Full ingredient list on packaging.

Just four ingredients, total. Fewer things in the bottle means fewer things that can yellow, cloud, or dull the shine over time.

Step 4 · Colour NLY Fiber Rubber Colour Gel

Fiber Rubber Colour Gel — 7 shades

07–13 / 13

The same crack-resistant, fiber-reinforced base as our Clear gel — carried through seven wearable nudes and neutrals. We didn't build a new formula for every shade; we perfected one and gave it seven finishes, using just five EU-approved pigments.

Shared base composition
HPMA 39.5%
Glass fiber 1%
Base polymer + pigment blend 59.5%

Composition shown is for illustrative purposes. Full ingredient list on packaging.

There's 20 times more glass fiber here than in the Clear gel — enough extra reinforcement to make up for the room the pigment particles take up.
